Lead Notifier for BATS CRM is an independent tool that tells you when a new lead appears on your BATS CRM "My Leads" page. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by BATS. This policy explains what the extension accesses and what it does with it.

What the extension reads

While it is enabled, the extension periodically loads your BATS CRM "My Leads" page (batscrm.com/leads/mine) in a browser tab using your existing login, and reads the list of leads shown there (for example, the lead's name, route and link) so it can tell which leads are new. It does not read any other BATS pages or any other websites.

Where your data goes

• Stays in your browser. Lead information is used only on your computer to show desktop notifications and the lead count on the extension icon.
• RingCentral, only if you set it up. If you paste a RingCentral Incoming Webhook link into the extension's settings, a short message about each new lead (the lead's details as shown in the list, and its link) is sent to that link, which posts it into the RingCentral chat you chose. If you do not add a link, nothing is sent to RingCentral.
• Nowhere else. The developer does not run any server for this extension and does not receive, collect, store, sell or share any of your data. There is no analytics or tracking.

What is stored, and where

• Your settings (check interval, notification preferences, RingCentral webhook link) are saved with Chrome's extension storage and, if you have Chrome sync turned on, synced to your other Chrome browsers through your Google account.
• A list of identifiers for leads you have already been notified about is kept on your computer for up to 7 days, so you are not notified twice. You can clear it at any time with "Reset seen leads".
• Your BATS username and password are never read or stored. The extension relies on your existing BATS login in Chrome.

Permissions

The extension asks only for what it needs: access to batscrm.com to read the My Leads page, access to hooks.ringcentral.com to post optional RingCentral alerts, and Chrome permissions for tabs, page reading, notifications, timers and local storage.

Removing your data

Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored in your browser.
